Urban Sanctuary
This modern villa neatly nestled into a neighborhood close to Harvard Square boasts a secluded courtyard, a zinc-coated copper roof, and 24″ redwood shiplap siding with mitered corners. The home features a geothermal system and the interiors were thoughtfully designed to display and illuminate the owner’s collection of art. The team carefully coordinated the excavation and well drilling to minimize the impact of noise and trucks on the quiet Cambridge neighborhood.
